Solution
Repeat the measurement barefoot. Dampen
the soles of your feet slightly. If necessary,
remove hard skin on the soles.
Please repeat the measurement barefoot, or
with the soles of the feet lightly dampened
if necessary. If necessary, change your set
activity level.
Replace the batteries (see section 12).
Check the polarity is correct, (see page 20).
Select user on the scale using the "
or repeat user assignment in the app.
See section 9.
Solution
Switch the control unit on before taking the measurement. If nec-
essary, wait 30 seconds and then repeat the measurement.
Re-insert the batteries in the scale and control unit.
Ensure a sufficient distance from strong electromagnetic fields.
Reduce the distance between the scale and the control unit to a
maximum of 2 metres.
Change the batteries and check the polarity is correct.
Solution
Just before taking the measurement, activate the scale with the
foot until the operating status
Wait approx. 5 seconds and repeat the measurement. For your
information: because you step on the scale straight away in nor-
mal use, the scale saves the zero point when the scale is switched

Place the scale on a flat, solid surface.
Stand on the outside of the scale as far as possible without it tip-
ping.
Stand as still as possible.
Wait until the scale switches itself off. Then repeat the measure-
ment.
Solution
The range in the open is approx. 10 m. Walls and ceilings reduce
the range.
Other radio waves may interfere with the transmission. There-
fore, do not position the scale near devices such as WIFI routers,
microwaves, induction hobs etc.
