Troubleshooting
This section contains important information on fault identification and
rectification. Follow the instructions to avoid hazards and damage.

Do not attempt to open the device!

There are no parts inside the device which can be cleaned
or maintained. Opening the device will cause irreparable
damage to the device.
The following table will help you locate and correct any problems:

Possible cause
The device is not
connected to a power
supply via USB.
The volume control
of the soundbar, your
computer or playback
device is set to mini-
mum volume.
Soundbar, playback
device, or micro-
phone not turned on.
The plug connections of
the connected devices
are not correctly con-
nected.
The playback/output
devices (audio input/
output) are not set
up correctly in the
audio settings of your
computer.
Remedy
Connect the USB
plug of the power

a USB port on your
computer or a USB
power supply device
(see section Connect-
ing a computer/
playback device).
Increase the volume
on the soundbar,
in your computer's
audio settings, or on
the playback device.
Make sure the
soundbar, playback
device, or micro-
phone is turned on.
Check the plug
connections of all
connected devices.
Check your comput-
er's audio settings.
