43 •Insert a nut and bolt in the holes of the
band.
44 •Secure the central clamps.
45 •Place the top of the rollbar. Mantain the
holes represented by the letter A on the
front and the holes represented by the
letter B to the rear of the vehicle.
46 •Secure seat belt and the top of the rollbar
to each vertical tube using screw provided
in separate bag.
47 •Attach the three plastic rings to rollbar.
The holes position is up and down the
back of the vehicle.
48 •Mount the three fog lights on the roof
bars and attach them with the screws
provided (one per light).
49 •Tighten the rear grill to the base of the
brush guard using the 3 screws provided
paying attention to the correct direction.
50 •Secure the grill to the upper part of the
roll cage, inserting all the pins (see figure).
51 •Front cover plate:
•A - Tabs for fixing to the bodywork.
•B - Housing for engagement with the
bodywork.
•C - Housing for attachment to the base
•D - Tab for engagement to the hood.
•E - Hole for inserting the front roll bar.
52 •Position the front cover plate by inserting
the points indicated with the letters A and
B into the bodywork. Put a hand inside the
bodywork at point B and squeeze it
together with the mask to click it into
place (as shown in the circle).
53 •Press on the central area of the front
cover plate at the tab D to attach it to the
hood.
54 •Press the lower part of the cover plate to
engage the two tabs C.
55 •Position the front roll bar, sliding it onto
the relevant pins.
56 •Take care with the bottom of the roll bar,
which must be inserted into the hole E of
the cover plate as shown in the picture.
57 •Attach the roll bar with the screw
provided.
FRANÇAIS
43 •Insérer un écrou et un boulon dans les
trous de la bague.
44 •Serrer les vis.
45 •Sur la traverse de l'arceau de sécurité,
vous verrez 3 zones évidées pour les
bagues légères ; NOTE : l'évidement le plus
large (dessin B) doit être tourné vers
l'arrière. Placer la traverse sur les tubes
verticaux.
46 •Fixez la ceinture de sécurité sur chacun
des tubes verticaux.
47 •Monter les 3 bagues légères de l'arceau de
sécurité avec les trous pour les vis vers
l'arrière et vers le haut.
48 •Fixer les phares antibrouillard sur le toit
avec les vis fournies (une par phare).
49 •Visser la grille postérieure sur la base du
pare-broussaille en utilisant les 3 vis
fournies et en veillant à respecter le sens
correct de la grille.
50 •Fixer la grille sur la partie supérieure de la
cage de sécurité en insérant les boulons
qui la composent, comme indiqué sur la
figure.
51 •Grille avant:
•A - languettes de fixation à la coque
•B - logement de fixation à la coque
•C - logement de fixation au fond
•D - languette de fixation au capot
•E - trou pour la pose du roll-bar avant
52 •Poser la grille avant en introduisant dans la
coque les points indiqués par les lettres A
et B.
Insérer jusqu'au déclic la grille dans la
coque en correspondance du point B
(comme indiqué en médaillon), en plaçant
la main à l'intérieur de la coque.
53 •Appuyer sur la partie centrale de la grille
avant au niveau de la languette D pour la
fixer au capot.
54 •Appuyer sur la partie basse de la grille
avant pour fixer les deux languettes C.
55 •Poser le roll-bar avant en l'enfilant sur les
tiges prévues à cet effet.
56 •Veiller à ce que la partie basse du roll-bar
aille s'emboîter dans le trou de la grille, tel
qu'illustré sur le dessin.
57 •Fixer le roll-bar avec la vis fournie.

43 •Introducir una tuerca y un tornillo en los
agujeros de la abrazadera.
44 •Apretar los tornillos.
45 •En la barra transversal soporte, se
observan 3 hendiduras para los soportes
de las luces; NOTA: la hendidura más
ancha (ilus. B) debe estar orientada hacia la
parte posterior. Insertar la barra
transversal en los tubos verticales.
46 •Fije el cinturón de seguridad a cada tubo
vertical.
47 •Montar 3 abrazaderas de soporte para las
luces sobre la barra soporte orientando
los orificios para los tornillos hacia la parte
posterior y superior.
48 •Aplicar los tres faros antiniebla en el
techo, atornillando los tornillos puestos a
disposición (uno para cada faro).
49 •Atornillar la malla posterior a la base del
volquete con los 3 tornillos incluidos,
asegurándose de orientar la malla
correctamente.
50 •Asegurar la malla a la parte superior de la
barra antivuelco, enganchando todas las
tiras que la conforman (ver figura).
51 •Persiana delantera:
•A - lengüetas para el enganche al chasis
•B - alojamiento para el enganche al chasis
•C - alojamiento para el enganche a la parte
inferior
•D - lengüetas para el enganche al capó
•E - ranura para introducir la barra
antivuelco delantero
52 •Colocar la persiana delantera
introduciendo en el chasis los puntos que
se indican con las letras A y B. Presionar
completamente sobre la persiana y el
chasis a la altura del punto B (tal y como
se muestra en la imagen circular),
colocando la mano dentro del chasis.
53 •Presionar sobre la parte central de la
persiana delantera para enganchar la
lengüeta D al capó.
54 •Presionar sobre la parte inferior de la
persiana para enganchar las dos lengüetas
C.
55 •Colocar la barra antivuelco delantera
encajándola sobre los correspondientes
pernos.
56 •Prestar atención a la parte inferior de la
barra antivuelco, la cual debe introducirse
en la ranura E de la persiana tal y como se
muestra en la figura.
57 •Fijar la barra antivuelco con el tornillo
puesto a disposición.
