Power connection

If the mains cable was not connected before mounting the system, you need to
connect it to the power supply before the system can be powered on. Only use the
provided mains cable and do not lengthen it.
As an alternative to standard power supply using the included mains cable, you can
power the system using a suitable 12 V DC battery.
Do not use both electrical connections at the same time! If you alternate between
those electrical connections, disconnect the connection that is not used.
Power supply
– Connect the rubber connector of the mains cable to the 220V AC input
(see page 45).
– Connect the safety plug to the power socket.
Battery connector
Risk of severe damage through reversed polarity!
ATTENTION
Connecting the wrong cables (reverse polarity) can
cause servere damages to the system. Ensure correct
allocation of the cables.
– Take the screw terminal off the 12V DC input (see page 45).
– Insert the battery cables into the correct terminals and tighten the screws.
– Insert the screw terminal into the 12V DC input and use the master switch to turn
on the system.
– If the connection line is reverse-poled, the LED POWER lights up orange. In this
case, immediately disconnect the system from the battery!
