Sound Setup

You can choose between three different sound settings. These settings are fixed and
designed for different room types. Try and find out which setup best matches your
preferences.

Green: Sound setup 1, basic setting
Orange: Sound setup 2, for bright, acoustically hard rooms
Red:
Sound setup 3, for muffled, strongly sound-absorbent rooms

or
– Press the SOUND SETUP button on the system repeatedly until the LED for the
desired sound setting lights up.
Connection via audio cable
As an alternative to the radio links, you can also connect playback devices or smart
phones to the system with a suitable audio cable.
Playback devices have varying audio output levels. Therefore, you can adjust the input
sensitivity for the cinch connection INPUT 1 and the stereo jack connection INPUT 2

Adjusting the input sensitivity

If you use one of the two audio inputs INPUT 1 (cinch connection) or INPUT 2 (jack
connection), it might be necessary to adjust the system's input sensitivity. Adjustment
is required when the input level is too high, causing the system to overmodulate (the
LED POWER lights up orange).
To adjust the input sensitivity, the fabric covering of the system must be removed and
placed again later (see page 54).
– Take off the textile covering (see page 54).
– Choose an audio source and start playback.
– Use a screwdriver to adjust the potentiometer of the respective audio input.
The volume is now changing.
– Make sure that the LED POWER is no longer illuminated orange, not even when the
playback device is turned up to its highest volume. .
– Finally, replace the textile covering (see page 54).
