Troubleshooting

Fault
The appliance is
not functioning�
The device
switched off
during operation�
The device
cannot be put
in operation, it
keeps emitting
beeping sounds
and the display
shows the error
message "E0"�
Possible cause
The power cord is not
connected to the electrical
outlet�
The device became too hot�
The overheating protection
triggered, empty cookware
may have been placed on
the cooktop� (Error message
"E5" or "E6")
The predefined time has
expired, the device has
switched off the heating
process�
Temporary over- or
undervoltage
(error message "E3" or "E4")
There is no or only
unsuitable cookware
on the cooktop�
Troubleshooting
Measure
Plug the power cord into the
electrical outlet�
Disconnect the device from
the power supply and clean
the air vents if necessary� Let
the device cool down to room
temperature�
Disconnect the device from
the power supply and let it
cool down to room
temperature� Never use
empty cookware�
If the items to be heated have
not been sufficiently heated
you can extend the cooking
time, if necessary�
Disconnect the device from
the power supply and let it
cool down to room
temperature�
Do not use the device without
cookware� Only use cookware
that is suitable for induction
cooktops� Please observe the
instructions regarding the
cookware�
