AQUABOX 350 ACUAPLUS / TECNOPLUS
Start up and operation
Connect the Aquabox 350 to the power supply; the line voltage LED (LINE) will light up.
The unit will start automatically. The 'RUN' LED will remain on while the pump is running.
During this operation, leave the valve open in order to purge any air from the system.
When the system has purged, close the valve. The unit should stop after 10 seconds of operation. The 'RUN' LED
will switch off, so only the line voltage LED (LINE) remains on.
On start up, if the pump is not properly primed, or if it does not have enough water to function, it will stop after 10
seconds and the 'FAULT' LED will come on.
To finish priming the pump, press the (+) and (-) keys simultaneously in order to restart the 10-second priming
sequence.
The pump will operate continuously at flow rates greater than or equal to 2 litres/min. If the flow rate is less than
2 litres/min, the 'RUN' LED will start blinking to indicate a below-minimum flow rate and the pump will stop
after 10 seconds.
Just before the circuit stops the pump, the electronic control system will slightly increase the motor speed to
increase the reference pressure to the level needed to shut down the system.
Adjusting the reference pressure
In order to increase or reduce the reference pressure, the pump must be running and the 'RUN' LED must be on.
The pressure can be changed by pressing and holding the (+) or (-) key.
The start-up pressure is set at 0.5 bars below the reference pressure.
.
We recommend setting the reference pressure to between 1.5 and 2.5 bars
Fault detection
If the electronic circuit detects a lack of water, the pump will stop automatically and the 'FAULT' LED will start
flashing.
The circuit will then make four attempts to regain pressure. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the system will
remain in 'FAULT' mode until it is reset manually.
