USING THE APPLIANCE
NOTE:
- Some ingredients may first be added to the bowl (10) before securing the bowl
(10) to the clamping plate (9). Follow the recipe instructions.
- If the bowl (10) sides need scrapping during operation, first set the speed
control knob (5) to the 0 position to stop operation. Allow moving parts of the
appliance to stop completely before handling.
• Once the right consistency is reached, set the speed control knob (5) to the 0
position to stop operation, and then disconnect the plug (6) from the wall outlet.
NOTE:
- If the appliance is operated under heavy load for a long period of time or
too many cycles, it will turn off to protect from overheating. The appliance
will stop. Set the speed control knob (5) to the 0 position to switch off the
appliance, and then disconnect the plug (6) from the wall outlet. Wait at least
20 minutes before plugging the appliance to a wall outlet again and restart
normal operation.
• Operate the appliance for only as long as needed to reach the right consistency.
• To stop an operation cycle, turn the speed control knob (5) clockwise to the 0
position.
• Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 10 minutes for mixing/
whipping. Allow the appliance at least 15 minutes to cool down between
operation cycles. Operate the appliance for a maximum of 10 consecutive times,
after which, allow the appliance to cool down for at least 15 minutes before the
next use. Do not exceed the maximum operation times.
• Do not overfill the bowl (10).
• Do not use the bowl (10) for storing food.
• Do not use the bowl (10) in a microwave or an oven.
• Never attempt to remove the bowl (10) from the clamping plate (9) during
operation.
• Start on speed setting 1 and increase to desired speed, depending on the recipe.
• Use the speed setting 1 or 2 when preparing yeast dough. Using any other speed
may damage the appliance.
• Always add ingredients as close to the sides of the bowl (10) as possible, not
directly into the moving attachment (12, 13, 14).
• Mixtures containing large amounts of liquid ingredients should be mixed at lower
speeds to avoid splashing. Increase speed only after the mixture has thickened.
Use the splashing guard (15), if required.
