PROBLEMS
When the switch (1) is moved
to "1" position, the high
pressure cleaner does not
start, even if you have pressed
push button (21) (1001-1251-
1501 with Total Stop), i.e.
LED (43) does not turn on
(Xtreme).
When the switch (1) is moved
to "1" position, the high
pressure cleaner does not
start (1001-1251-1501 with
Total Stop).
Pressing push button (21), the
high pressure cleaner does
not start even if LED (43) is
on (Xtreme).
The high pressure cleaner is
vibrating a lot and is noisy.
The high pressure cleaner fails
to reach maximum pressure.
Poor detergent suction (S, TS).

TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSES
The switch to which the power
cable plug is connected is in
"0" position.
Tripping of system cutout
device to which the high
pressure cleaner is connected
(fuse, RCCB, etc.).
The plug is not properly fitted.
The push button (21) has not
been pressed.
Emergency push button (40)
pressed.
The water inlet filter (18) or the
gasket/filter (64) (depending on
the model) is dirty.
Air suction.
Pump priming is incomplete.
Not enough water is being
supplied or priming depth is
excessive.
Throttling in the suction circuit
(bends, elbows, etc.).
The regulation valve is set
for a pressure lower than the
maximum one.
The nozzle holder head (30) or
device (32) is in the low pressure
position (Fig. 5-a).
The nozzle is worn.
Not enough water is being
supplied or priming depth is
excessive.
Back-flow preventer fault.
The nozzle holder head (30) is
not in the low pressure position
(Fig. 5-b).
Detergent suction filter  (39)
clogged.
The detergent being used is
too viscous.
REMEDIES
Move the master switch to "1" position.
Reset the cutout device.
IN cASE THIS TRIPS AGAIN, DO NOT USE
THE HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER AND
CONTACT A SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN.
Disconnect the plug and fit it back correctly.
REMEMBER THAT IN THESE MODELS,
PUSH BUT TON (21) MUST BE KEPT
PRESSED UNTIL WATER COMES THROUGH
THE SPRAY GUN.
Pull the push button upwards to reset the
emergency.
Follow the instructions given in the "Routine
Maintenance" paragraph.
Check soundness of the suction circuit.
Follow the instructions given in the
"Operation – Preliminary activities"
paragraph.
Make sure the tap is fully open and that the
mains flow rate or priming depth conform to
what is specified in the "Specifications and
technical data" paragraph.
Use an suction hose free from throttling.
Turn the pressure adjustment knob (8)
clockwise.
Proceed as explained in Fig. 5-b.
Replace the nozzle as explained in the
"Routine Maintenance" paragraph.
Make sure the tap is fully open and that the
mains flow rate or priming depth conform to
what is specified in the "Specifications and
technical data" paragraph.
Refer to the relative manual.
Proceed as explained in Fig. 5-a.
Follow the instructions given in the "Routine
Maintenance" paragraph.
Use a detergent recommended by the
manufacturer and follow the diluting
instructions on the label.
