Guidance
Carefully read the chapters "Installing the Ceiling Fan" and "Operation"
so as to be able to carry out the installation quickly and correctly and to
understand and implement all of the functions of the fan.
The following signal words and symbols are used:
Danger
Warns against possibly serious or fatal injuries
Warning!
Warns against possible minor injuries or possible material damage
Caution
Warns against possible defects or destruction of the product
Note
Provides important or useful information
Installing the Ceiling Fan
Warning:
To avoid injuries or damage that may result from installation errors, observe
the safety instructions! Do not use the fan if it is damaged.
Required Tools
Philips-type screwdriver
Installing the Blade Mounts
1. Select the desired decor: wood grain or white surface. Lay out the
blades 9 so that the desired decor faces downwards.
2. Guide the securing bolts of a fixing 4 from below through the 3 openings
of a blade 9. Place the blade mounts q and fixing plate w on as
shown in the diagramme.
NOTE:
The screws that are screwed into the blade mounts q must point downwards
on insertion. If they do not, the blades cannot be correctly installed later on!

3. Press all of the parts together and slide the fixing plate w in the direction
of the arrow (see diagramme). All securing bolts must project through
the fixing plate w and be firmly seated. Mount all blades in the same
way.

Installing the Extension Rod
1a Longer extension rod 2 with plastic mounting:
Step 1:
Loosen two screws on the extension rod 2.
Loosen the side locking screw on the extension rod 2
Step 2:
(see Fig.: circle).
Step 3:
Slide the mounting downward until the securing rod is
exposed..
Step 4:
Pull the securing rod out.

1b If you want to use the short extension rod 2, now pull the mounting
completely away from the long rod:
Step 1:
Loosen two screws on the short extension rod 2.
Step 2:
Slide the mounting, as shown below, to about halfway
on the short extension rod 2.
