Lemon dill salmon

6oz salmon filets
1
lemon, cut into thin slices

tsp butter
dill, to taste
salt & pepper, to taste
Place salmon filets on a large piece of aluminum foil (about 12" long). Lightly
sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place lemon slices on top of filets. Sprinkle
with dill weed to taste place 2 pats of butter (about ½ tsp each) on each filet. Fold
and wrap the aluminum foil to create a sealed package. Place salmon wrapped in
foil on the high rack in the oven and bake at 440°F for 10 minutes. Carefully
remove the foil package (will be very hot). Gently unwrap the foil package and
check to see if the salmon is flaky. If the salmon is not flaky, re-wrap the foil
package and place it back in the oven on the high rack. Continue to bake at 440°F
for another 5 to 10 minutes as needed. Repeat the above until salmon is cooked
and flakes easily.
Pork chops

pork chops (1/2 lb each)

garlic cloves, minced

tsp salt

tsp oil
salt & pepper, to taste
Pat dry the pork chops and cut off any unwanted fat around the edges. Combine
minced garlic with salt, pepper and oil. Rub the mixture into the pork chops. Place
the pork chops onto the high rack (avoid stacking). Grill at 375°F for 15 minutes.
After the 10 minutes are up, reduce heat to 350°F and grill the pork chops for
another 10 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on size of pork chops.
