16. NEVER use the glass bowl to cook soups or stews or liquid foods. You may cook
directly on the bottom of the glass bowl, but it is recommended to use one of the
racks for better circulation of the hot air during cooking.
17. When removing the lid to check the cooking status during operation, unplug the
turbo convection oven from the outlet. Remove the lid and place it on the rack
that is not being used.
18. DO NOT clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces may break from the pads and
touch electrical parts, creating risk of electrical shock.
19. ALWAYS unplug this unit from the electrical outlet when not in use or before
cleaning. Allow the turbo convection oven to cool completely before removing
parts or cleaning.
20. EXTREME CAUTION must be used when moving a hot container with hot oil or
other liquids.
21. DO NOT operate the turbo convection oven with a damaged power cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner.

to repair the convection oven yourself.
22. The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire,
electrical shock, or risk of injury.
23. DO NOT place the turbo convection oven on or near hot gas or electric burner, or
in a heated oven.
24. Keep the turbo convection oven a MINIMUM of 3" away from other objects to
allow proper ventilation. Keep the turbo convection oven away from flammable
material including drapes, curtains, walls and cabinets. DO NOT store any items
on top of the unit while in use.
25. This turbo convection oven gets very hot. ALWAYS USE OVEN MITTS WHEN
INSERTING OR REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE HOT TURBO CONVECTION OVEN.
26. EXTREME CAUTION should be exercised when using containers or anything other
than metal or glass. DO NOT use any of the following materials in the oven:
cardboard, plastic, paper, or anything similar that can melt or is flammable.
27. DO NOT place items near the oven as the oven does get hot. For example, placing
a bag of bread could cause the bag to melt.
28. ALWAYS place food in the turbo convection oven at least 1" to 1.25" from the wall
of the glass bowl and the heating unit to make sure the food does not touch the
lid when closed. Use the extender if more room is needed.
