Maintenance Cleaning:
Step 1:
For medium soil mix 4 oz. per gallon water and 12 oz. per gallon water for heavy soil of the Ultra Pro Peroxide
Encapsulation & Pre-Spray. Spray the carpet. You can use the RTU Enzyme Spotter if necessary first for the
stains. Apply the spotter to the area twice the size as the stain and then encap the rest of the carpet as described
above.
Step 2:
If you are in a residential area use the grey brushes, for commercial use the blue and/or green brushes and
agitate in all directions N,S,E,W,NE,NW,SE,SW with dust covers on.
Step 3:
Once the agitation has been completed, remove dust covers and attach the renovators. Recover the
encapsulated soil and then use vacuum for superior cleaning results.
Compound Cleaning
Step 1:
Apply a thin layer of compound on the traffic lanes and/or fresh stains.
Step 2:
Agitate the carpet. If you are in a residential area use the grey brushes, for commercial use the blue and/or green
brushes and agitate in all directions N,S,E,W,NE,NW,SE,SW with dust covers on. The color will turn yellow to
black to show that it has been absorbed. Apply additional think layers until the you notice that it stays mostly
yellow. This will show the spot has been cleaned.
Step 3:
Attach renovators, collect and then one last vacuum run for superior results.
