5. Turn the Release Valve and Fast-slow Valve
counterclockwise.
6. Then step the pedal quickly, when the piston
rod is returning until the piston rod is back to the
original position to discharge the air out of the
hydraulic system.
7. Please contact the factory for help, if the hydraulic
pump is still not works after conducting the above
operations several times.
