All numbers in parenthesis refer to the index number from the parts breakdown
1. Attach base (28) to frame assembly (6) with bolt
(31), washer (24), spring washer (23) and nuts
(22).

2. Attach support bar #1 (29) and support bar #2 (32)
to base (28) and frame assembly (6) with bolt (30),
washer (42), spring washer (43) and nuts (44).

3. Carefully place the pedal of power unit assembly
(35) to the frame assembly (6) with washer(25),
spring washer (26), nut (27) and bolt (33). Ensure
that the power unit assembly (35) is securely
installed.

4. Install the pressure gauge (13) to the top of frame
(6), with M20 thin nut (10). Hand tighten the
pressure gauge (13) with M20 nut (10) and make
sure dial gauge is is facing proper direction up.
Tight gauge securely.
