Re-usable medical devices, laboratory glassware and laboratory
utensils can be reprocessed using this unit in a Miele washer-disin‐
fector. Follow the instructions for your washer-disinfector as well as
the instructions of the medical device or glassware and utensil manu‐
facturer on how to reprocess their items by machine.
The A 103 upper basket can accommodate up to 2 DIN mesh trays or
can be loaded with a variety of mesh trays and inserts for processing
medical devices, laboratory glassware and laboratory utensils.
The A 202 mobile unit, in combination with the A 103 upper basket,
enables up to 6 DIN mesh trays to be processed at the same time.
In this case medical devices must be processed using the Vario TD
Inst 6trays programme.
The Injector plus programme is required for reprocessing laboratory
glassware and utensils.
This upper basket can be used in the following washer-disinfectors:
– PG 8582
– PG 8582 CD
– PG 8583
– PG 8583 CD
– PG 8592
– PG 8593
Medical devices, laboratory glassware and laboratory utensils for re‐
processing are referred to as the wash load if they are not more
closely defined.
