INTRODUCTION
Read, understand, and follow all safety information contained in these instructions
prior to installation and use of the InSinkErator
System. Retain these instructions for future reference.
The InSinkErator Instant Hot Water Dispenser Filtration System offers two levels of
filtration, depending on the filter used: F-1000S is intended for use in filtering particulates,
chlorine taste and odor from drinking water, and has not been evaluated for other
uses; F-2000S reduces particulates, chlorine taste and odor, plus cysts, lead, mercury,
asbestos, benzene, atrazine, 2,4-D, Lindane, Carbofuran and p-Dichlorobenzene. The
system is typically installed (near or beneath a sink) where filtered drinking water is
desired, and must be installed, operated and maintained as specified in the installation
and use instructions.
Warning indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, could result in
death or serious injury.
Caution, used with the safety alert symbol, indicates a hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury.
