2 USE AND MOUNTING
KAHLES rifle scopes are waterproof and extremely durable.
Nevertheless, we still recommend that you protect the rifle
scope against external influences and impacts. In particular,
careful handling is advised in the areas around the turrets,
the lenses, and the eyepiece.
To ensure perfect alignment between the rifle scope and the
rifle, and to guarantee proper functioning, use a professional
workshop or gunsmith to mount your rifle scope.
Please read our safety information carefully before use.

• When not in use, protect your rifle scope from excessive
solar radiation and store it in a dry place.
• Ensure the specified minimum distance between the eye

• Repairs must only be performed by KAHLES. Otherwise
all warranty claims are void.

• The rifle scope must be mounted by a professional gun-
smith or fitting expert.
• To prevent damage, screws, used on the rifle scope
mounts, must be tightened to a maximum torque of
240 Ncm / 21,24 lbs.
• Always ensure that your firearm is not loaded before
making any adjustments to your rifle scope once it is
fitted.
4 DIOPTER COMPENSATION, FOCUS,
AND ZOOM
The integrated Diopter compensation is used to adjust the
image focus to your eye.
• To adjust the focus, turn the Diopter compensation ring
(1) in the +/– range (left/right) until you can see an
absolutely sharp reticle in a sharp overall image.
• Turn the magnification ring (2) to change the magnifica-
tion. Turn the ring clockwise for lower magnification, and
anti-clockwise for higher magnification.
