Inserting/changing batteries:

2. Insert two 'AAA' alkaline batteries (included)
according to the polarity markings inside the
compartment.
NOTE: Do not use rechargeable batteries.
3. Reattach the Battery Compartment Cover.
4. Before first use, remove the clear plastic film
from the LCD Display.
If the battery change symbol
LO appears, no further measurements are possible
and you must replace all batteries.
All LCD Display elements will briefly appear and
'12h' will flash. Set the date and time as described
below. Any saved measurements will be retained.
