GARANT Roller cabinets and mobile workbenches

4.2. INTENDED USE

For mobile work on site.
Suitable for industrial and private use.
Drawers for storage of tools.
Storage shelf for storage of workpieces and tools.
Use exclusively approved Hoffmann Group accessories for modi-
fication or rebuilding.
Mount the (optional) vice only on the bamboo worktop. Comply
with the installation instructions for the vice.

4.3. USE CONTRARY TO THE INTENDED PURPOSE

Do not stand or sit on the roller cabinet or mobile workbench.
Not for transporting people.

Do not make any unauthorised changes or modifications.
Do not subject the roller cabinet or mobile workbench to im-
pacts.

6. Preparation for use

CAUTION
Crush hazard during assembly work
Crush hazard for the hands and feet during assembly work and
when closing the drawers.
» Wear safety shoes and safety gloves.
» Make sure the workbench is standing securely.
» Before starting work, apply the parking brakes on the castors.
» Assembly of the roller cabinet and mobile workbench requires
two persons.

6.1. ATTACHING THE ROLLERS

To avoid damaging the visual appearance of the product, use the
cardboard packaging as an underlay.
ü Pull the arrowed transport restraints out upwards and remove
them.
1. Only for the roller cabinet: Take off the tray.
2. Only for the ToolTruck: Remove the storage shelves from the
cupboard section.
3. Take the four rollers from the drawer or side compartment on
the roller cabinet or mobile workbench.
4. Lock the drawer or optional side compartment, remove the key.
5. Turn the roller cabinet or mobile workbench upside down.
6. Using the hexagon L-wrench (5 mm), attach the two castors and
two fixed wheels.
» The rectangular hollow section for the fixed wheels is on the
inside.
7. Turn the roller cabinet or mobile workbench the right way up,
stand it on its rollers.

8. Lock both castors by applying the parking brakes.
9. Only for the roller cabinet: Put the tray into position.
10. Only for the ToolTruck: Install the storage shelves in the cup-
board section.

6.2. POSITIONING THE SLOTTED PARTITIONS

For drawers 200 mm high, use slotted partitions No. 951520
size 125.
1. Push the lateral locking inwards.
2. Tilt the slotted partition aside and remove it.
3. Insert the tilted slotted partition into the desired holes and align
it.
4. Push the lateral locking outwards.

6.3. PUSHING ROLLER CABINETS AND MOBILE WORKBENCHES

CAUTION
Collisions with a roller cabinet or mobile workbench
Crush hazard for the body in the event of collision with a roller cab-
inet or mobile workbench.
» Make sure the paths for movement and transport are clear.
» No persons must be present in the direction of travel.
1. Lock the drawers and optional side compartment.
2. Make sure the paths for movement and transport are clear.
3. Release the parking brakes on both castors.
4. Push the roller cabinet or mobile workbench.
