2.4. Purpose
The shower commode wheelchair is designed exclusively to improve
mobility or to transport handicapped persons for whom its use is
indicated based on one of the above mentioned indications. It is
designed for indoor use to compensate for mobility restrictions of the
affected person when cleaning the body and going to the toilet. The
wheelchair user can use the model with two large drive wheels without
assistance and/or the model with four small steerable wheels with the
aid of an assistant. The maximum user weight of 120 kg must not be
exceeded.
Please note:
A warranty claim can only be accepted if the product is used under the
specified conditions and for the specified purposes.
2.5. Declaration of Conformity
B+B as the manufacturer of the product declares that the TS-Aqua
Variant 1 and 2 shower commode wheelchair fully complies with the
requirements of Directive 93/42/EEC.
2.6. Responsibility
We are able to provide warranty cover only if: the product is used
in accordance with the specified conditions and for the intended
purposes, if modifications, extensions, repairs, and maintenance work
are carried out only by persons authorised to do so by us and if the shower
commode wheelchair is used in accordance with all instructions for use.

3. Description of product and
contents
3.1. Inspection on delivery
All B+B products are inspected before they leave our factory and the
CE mark is applied.
The B+B shower commode wheelchairs are delivered in a special box
with a tool set. The wheelchair is delivered and instruction in its use is
given by a qualified dealer in medical products.
If the wheelchair is delivered by rail or road transport it must be
inspected for shipping damage in the presence of the delivery person.
If any damage is found, please note the following:

record the facts
•
prepare a declaration of assignment; all claims resulting
damage are assigned to the delivery company
•
return the record of facts, consignment note and declaration of
assignment to Bischoff & Bischoff GmbH.
In the event of shipping damage...
•
Leave the goods and packaging undisturbed and do not use the
goods.
•
Report the damage to the transport company in writing as
instructed below.
•

•
A representative of the transport company must be informed of any
damage without delay in order to make a claim for compensation.
