TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Handle locks not locked.
Start key needs to be reset.
Battery packs need to be reset.
Battery is low in charge or power supply
not connected.
Lawn is rough or cutting height not set
properly.
Wet grass clippings sticking to the
underside of the deck.
High grass, rear of mower housing
and blade dragging in heavy grass, or
cutting height too low.
Cutting height set too low.
Blade is unbalanced, excessively or
unevenly worn.
Bent motor shaft.
Cutting height set too low.

SOLUTION
Lock upper and lower handle locks.
Remove and reinstall start key.
Remove and reinstall battery packs.
Charge the battery or connect to power
supply.
Adjust the cutting height.
Wait until the grass dries before mowing.
Raise cutting height.
Raise cutting height.
Replace the blade.
Stop the motor, remove start key and
battery or disconnect power supply.
Inspect for damage. Have repaired by
an authorized service center before
restarting.
Raise the cutting height.
