Functional Description and Specifications
The portable power adapter is intended for using a Bosch 18 V lithium-ion battery as the
voltage source. With the portable power adapter a maximum of two USB devices and one
heating element for the Bosch heating jacket can be powered simultaneously.

INSERTING AND RELEASING

recommended batteries.
WARNING
Use of any other battery packs may create a
risk of jacket malfunctions, injury and fire.
To insert battery, align battery and slide battery
pack into portable power adapter until it locks
into position (an audible click sound is an
indication that the battery is locked) (Fig. 2).
Do not force.
To remove the battery pack, press the battery
pack release button and slide the battery pack
completely off of the portable power adapter.
