2.8 Attaching the finder scope / red dot finder with the sliding mounting plate
1. Take the finder scope or red dot finder and push it into the finder slot near the focuser of the telescope
2. Secure the small finder scope with the knurled side screw
2.9 Inserting the eyepieces with Newtonian telescopes
1. The focuser is the direct connection to your eye. You can use different eyepieces with it.
2. Remove the focuser's black dust cap (top end).
3. Loosen the focuser's knurled screws slightly
4. Insert the chrome-coloured barrel of the eyepiece into the opening of the focuser. Gently re-tighten the
knurled screws to hold the eyepiece securely in place.
