05. OPERATION

How to assemble the meat grinder
1. Insert the screw conveyor
2. With the cutting edge facing outwards, place the knife
conveyor. Be sure that the knife is properly fixed.
3. Place one of the three perforated discs
so that the groove sits on the tappet.
NOTES:
Fine disc: raw meat, fish, small nuts, cooked meat for pies and meatballs.
Medium and coarse disc: meat, fish, vegetables, nuts, hard cheese, peeled or
dried fruits for jams and sweet dishes.
