Change PIN
The PIN prevents the use of the remote enquiry of your answering machines
by strangers. The default setting for the PIN is "
with the system PIN.
 Enter the current remote enquiry PIN number and confirm with the left
function key (OK).
 Now enter the new four-digit PIN. After confirming you are prompted to
repeat the entry. Also confirm with the left function key (OK).
Operate the answering machine on
the base station

Switching on and off

 To switch the answering machine on or off, press the On/Off button on
the base station.

When the answering machine is switched off, the display will show: "– –
", possibly alternating with the number of new messages.

When the answering machine is switched on, the display will show the
number of stored messages; in the factory settings: "
0000
". This PIN is not identical
