Basic Settings

Deregistering handsets

Press the MENU key.
Press the following sequence of keys

" # # #".
"Reg./dereg. handset" appears on the
display.
Press the MENU key.
To deregister a handset choose the
"Deregister handset" option.
Press the MENU key.
Enter the PIN number.
Press the MENU key.
A list will appear in the display showing all
the handsets registered. The handset
currently involved in the deregistration
procedure is ticked.
Select the entry for the handset which
you want to deregister.
Press the MENU key.
"Deregister handset?" will then appear on
the display.
To deregister the handset press the
MENU key.
"Saved" appears on the display.
If you do not want to deregister the
handset press the CANCEL button.

Enabling and disabling the
answering machine
The answering machine is enabled after
connecting the base station.
In order to disable the answering
machine, press the "
base station.
You will hear a message announcing
confirmation. "– –" appears on the base
station display.
In order to enable the answering
machine, press the "
base station.
You will hear a message announcing
confirmation. The number of recorded
messages is shown on the base station
display.
