the cut closest to the point of fastening in order to minimize vibration in the

When cutting pipe or thick plate, fi x in a vise, if possible, cut close of
the point of fastening;

or hard paperboard, and fi x the layers together in order to reduce vibration
and rupture of the material that is been cut.
