Initial operation

Clean all accessories, either with soapy water or in the dishwasher, before using the appliance
for the first time.
Fill and mix in the usual manner:
1. Add the required ingredients to the mixing container, making sure that you do not fill it
beyond the 200 ml mark.
2. Screw on the blade attachment by twisting it clockwise onto the mixing container. Ensure
that the sealing ring is fitted and has been inserted correctly onto the blade attachment.
3. Place the container on the mixer, observing the relevant guide markings on the blade
attachment and the mixer. The tips of the triangles should point towards one another.
Then turn the mixing container in a clockwise direction by applying gentle downward
pressure until it locks into place.
Caution: The mixer will only switch on if the mixing container has been fitted correctly. A
safety shutdown prevents operation without the mixing container.
4. Now plug the appliance into the mains socket.
5. Press and hold down on the (pulse) button to start the mixing process. The longer the button
is pressed, the finer the food will be chopped.
Note: Make sure that no food gets jammed under the blade unit otherwise the blade unit
will blocked.
6. As soon as the desired consistency is achieved, release the button and unplug the appliance
from the mains.
7. Remove the mixing container from the drive unit. A lid is supplied for storing the prepared
ingredients, if desired.
