Photo Image Recording
✤ Photo image recording works only in Camera mode.
1. Set the Power switch to CAM.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE. (VP-D653(i)/D655(i) only)
3. Press the PHOTO button.

The still picture is recorded for about 6~7 seconds.
4. After the PHOTO has been recorded, the Camcorder returns
to its previous mode.
Searching for a Photo Image
✤ The Photo Search works only in Player mode.
1. Set the Power switch to PLAY.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE. (VP-D653(i)/D655(i) only)
3. Press the MENU button.
The menu list will appear.
4. Move the Menu selector to the down or up to select Tape,
then press the Menu selector.
5. Move the Menu selector to the down or up to select
Photo Search, then press the Menu selector.
6. Press the
/
(REW/FF) buttons to start the photo search.

The photo search process appears on LCD screen
while you are searching.

After completing the search, the Camcorder displays the
still image.
7. To exit, press the
(STOP) or MENU button.

Photo image recording during the recording is not available.

You can use the PHOTO SEARCH button on the remote control
for PHOTO searching.

You can use the PHOTO button on the remote control for Photo
image recording. Pressing the PHOTO button on the remote
control records the still image with automatic focusing.

When there are no still images recorded on the tape, it will be
fully rewound or forwarded.

Photo image recording is not available while Color Nite or 16:9
Wide is in use.

DIS, Digital Zoom, Color Nite or Digital Effect is not available
during Photo image recording.

Taking a photo image while EASY.Q, DIS or Digital Zoom mode is in
use will release current mode. (After a photo image is taken, the mode will return

✤ La grabación de imágenes fotográficas sólo está operativa en la
modalidad Camera.
1. Coloque el interruptor Power en CAM.
2. Coloque el interruptor Mode en TAPE. (Sólo VP-D653(i)/D655(i))
3. Pulse el botón PHOTO.
La imagen fija se graba durante unos 6 ó 7 segundos.

4. Tras grabar la fotografía, la videocámara vuelve al estado anterior.
Búsqueda de una fotografía
✤ La función Photo Search <Búsq. Foto> sólo está operativa en la
modalidad Player.
1. Coloque el interruptor Power en PLAY.
2. Coloque el interruptor Mode en TAPE. (Sólo VP-D653(i)/D655(i))
3. Pulse el botón MENU.
Aparece la lista del menú.

4. Mueva el Selector de menú hacia arriba o hacia abajo hasta
seleccionar Tape <Cinta> y pulse el Selector de menú.
5. Mueva el Selector de menú hacia arriba o hacia abajo hasta
seleccionar Photo Search <Búsqueda de foto> y pulse el
Selector de menú.
6. Pulse los botones
/
(REW/FF) para iniciar la búsqueda de
la foto.
El proceso de búsqueda de fotografías aparece en la pantalla
I
LCD mientras se realiza la búsqueda.
Una vez terminada la búsqueda, la videocámara muestra la
I
imagen fija.
7. Para salir, pulse el botón
(STOP) o MENU.

Durante la grabación, la grabación de las imágenes fotográficas
no está disponible.

Puede utilizar el botón PHOTO SEARCH del mando a distancia
para la búsqueda de fotos.
Puede utilizar el botón PHOTO del mando a distancia para la

grabación de imágenes fotográficas. Al pulsar el botón PHOTO
del mando a distancia se graba la imagen fija directamente con el
enfoque automático.
Cuando no hay imágenes fijas grabadas en la cinta, se

rebobinará o se pasará completamente.
La toma de imágenes fotográficas no está disponible mientras
I
Color Nite o 16:9 Wide <16:9 Panorámica> está en uso.
DIS <DIS>, Digital Zoom <Zoom digital>, Color Nite <Color
I
nocturno> o Digital Effect <Efecto digital> no están disponibles
durante la grabación de imágenes fotográficas.
Tomar una imagen fotográfica mientras se esté en la modalidad
I
EASY.Q, DIS o Digital Zoom <Zoom digital> liberará la modalidad
actual. (Tras tomar una imagen fotográfica, la modalidad volverá
a ajustarse automáticamente a la modalidad anterior.)
