Commissioning

Handling of reagents/indicators
 Adhere to the respective safety data sheet!
 Trouble-free operation of Testomat 2000
when using Heyl Testomat 2000
Connect the reagents according to the description for your container
size.

Inserting large containers (5/20 litre canister)


Open the lower housing door by pulling on the right side.

Put the canisters under the device.

Remove the caps from the canisters.

Insert one suction lance into each canister.
Note the length of the suction lances!
The shorter suction lance (Part No. 40536) is for the 5 litre
canister (B) (Reagent B), the longer suction lance (Item No. 40535)
is for the 20 litre canister (A) (Reagent A).

Hand-tighten the screw caps of the suction lances onto the
canisters.

Guide the suction lances through the cable ducts (C) on the right
side of the housing wall.

Insert the suction hose by hand into the hose connector of the
insert (D).
Pay attention to ensure the correct assignment of reagents A (20 l)
and B (5 l) to the dosing pumps: A = left, B = right

In the basic program under Program values -> Volume, select
20/5l canister.

Inserting the reagent bottles (500 ml)

 Open the lower housing door by pulling on the right-hand side.
 Remove the cap from the indicator bottle.
 Remove the plastic bag from inside the lower housing door. The
plastic bag contains the screw cap with hole
for the screw cap for each bottle.

 Place the insert into the bottle .
 Screw the screw cap with hole
 Place the bottle underneath the dosing pump. Observe correct
allocation of the reagents A and B to the dosing pumps: A = left,
B = right.

 Push the intake hose

