•
Season the grids with cooking spray or vegetable oil before you use the unit for
the first time.
•
Operate the unit with closed grids approx. 10 minutes (see operation of the
unit). After use clean the unit with a wet dishcloth.
Please do not eat the first waffles!
4. INSTRUCTION
•
Plug in socket, green indication light on, turn on thermostat clockwise, green
indication light is on, yellow indication light is on as well, means equipment starts
to heat. When temperature goes up to setting temperature, the equipment stops
heating automatically. When temperature lowes down to certain temperature
data, the equipment restarts to heat. It runs repeatedly in this way to make sure
temperature is constant within working temperature range.
•
It needs 12 minutes from pressing power switch to the temperature of oven
goes up to 250°C.
•
When temperature of this equipment goes up to 250°C, paint a layer of edible
vegetable oil onto mould. Then make pulp, and put them into template, and cover
it. Adjust the timer on right side (the range of setting time is 0~15 minutes, ope-
rator can set time with their own). When time is to the setting one, the oven will
give out a sound "Ting" to point out operator that time is up, the production is
finished. Then operator can make other food. When food all is finished, operator
should cut off electricity.
•
Please keep the grids closed during heat-up.
•
Open the lid and pour batter onto the centre of the lower grid. You can use a
spatula to spread batter evenly over the grid. The lower grid should be covered
with batter. Please do this procedure rather fast, because otherwise the waffles
will not become evenly brown.
•
You can choose the required baking temperature with the controller. If the waff-
les are too dark please turn the controller to a lower level.
•
User can make time setting according to the difference of prescription of pulp
and luster of food customer likes. Generally, the more time lasts the darker lus-
ter will be, whereas, it is not. But time cannot be too short, or food will not be
hot and with no luster.
•
Open the lid and take out the baked waffles with a wooden fork. Do not use
sharp or cutting tools, to prevent damages of the grids. Place the baked waffle
onto a platter or plate and put some icing sugar on it.
•
If necessary season the grids with cooking spray or vegetable oil again.

next baking procedure.

out of the socket. The indication light will go off.
