Insert the tube-holding rod into the appropriate
slot (photo 4).

4. Fitting and removing the diamond-tipped disc
WARNING !
Slacken the three nuts on the disc guard and
remove the disc.
Remove the disc-locking nut using a 30 mm
spanner and a 5 mm Allen wrench.

WARNING !
THE DISC LOCK NUT HAS A LEFT-HAND
THREAD.
•
Proceed to fit the disc, checking the rotation
direction clearly marked on the tool.
•
Tighten the disc and replace the disc guard.
•
In order to remove the disc, carry out the above
instructions in reverse order.
5. Handling
The P-3500 can be easily moved using the carrying
handles.
Before moving the machine make sure that:
-
the motor-bogie is locked using the knob on
the sliding beam;
-
the legs are in the moving position (photo 7);
-
the machine is in the 30° position;
-
the motor head is locked using the recoil
lever;
-
the tube-holding rod has been extracted from
its slot.
TO MOVE THE MACHINE:
a) use a four-part sling, connected to the hooks in
the moving handles (photo 6);

b) with the help of another person, move the
machine using the carrying handles (photo 7).
