Troubleshooting

Problem
After pressing a
button, the indicator
light (Fig. A,
No. 6) flashes three
times.
After pressing a
button, the indicator
light (Fig. A,
No. 7) flashes three
times and after that
switches off, the
appliance doesn't
start.
The appliance
stops the process
too early, and the
indicator light turns
off.
No milk froth
Milk froth is
overflowing out
of the top of the
appliance.
Cause
The lid is not closed
properly.
The appliance is too
hot.

empty or not filled to
the minimum level
and the temperature
monitoring function
was triggered.
Not enough milk, the
attachment doesn't

Solution
Close the lid prop-
erly. The closed lid
must be aligned with
the handle.
Let the appliance
cool down.
Close the lid
properly. The closed
lid must be aligned
with the handle.
Rinse out the
appliance and let it
cool down.
Fill up until min.
mark.
Use a whisk for
frothing (Fig. A, No
10/11).
Disconnect the plug.
Let the appliance
cool down and then
clean it.
Use the right whisk.
