and switch to pulse rate mode (5.2). Press and hold
the sensor button for about 5 seconds. The pulse is
GB
now determined and shown in the corresponding
display. Initially, it may take a few seconds to rec-
ognize the pulse. Wear the tracker directly on your
skin, otherwise no measurement is possible. You
can read the pulse rate (heartbeats per minute) on
the display of the Soehnle Fit Connect 200 HR or,
if a Bluetooth® connection is established with the
Soehnle Connect app, in the corresponding tile as
a real-time graphic. There you can also set a max-
imum pulse rate at which your smartphone warns
you acoustically or by vibration, depending on the
settings of the device. In addition, the Fitness Tracker
reminds you after five and ten minutes with the pulse
function switched on by means of a vibration alarm
that the pulse measurement is activated. This alarm
switches off automatically after a few seconds. To
deactivate the pulse function, hold down the sensor
key for approx. 5 seconds while pulse measurement
is switched on. After release, the pulse measurement
switches off. Please note that the Fitness Tracker does
not store the heart rate data on the device. To save
the heart rate data, the live tile in the Soehnle Con-
nect app must be open and the fitness tracker must
be connected during training sessions, for example.
The pulse rate measurement affects the battery life of the device.
Therefore, switch off the pulse function after use or training.
