1. SAFETY PRECAUTION AND
PROCEDURES
For your own safety as well as that of the
apparatus,
procedures described in this instruction
manual

Take extreme care for the following
conditions measuring:
Don't submit the probe to mechanical
shock.
Don't touch or manipulate the sensor.
If any
instrument
breakage,
fracture, etc., do not conduct any
measuring.
To avoid electrical shock, don't operate
this probe in wet or damp conditions.
To avoid injury or fire hazard, don't
operate this probe in presence of
explosive gas or combustible.
To avoid
protection if there is a possibility of
exposure to high-intensity rays.
Don't immerse in liquids, clean the
sensor head using only a soft dry cloth.
Cover sensor head when not in use to
extend silicon photodiode sensor life.
