CHAPTER: CABINET CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENT
CABINET DRAIN
The cabinet features a drain that is meant to lead defrost and wash water out of the equipment. It
is located in the base deck. The drain can be regularly inspected through the transparent lid that
serves the purpose; to access the drain, remove the bottom plates using a screwdriver. Regularly
check that the water flows through the drain properly. If need be, disassemble the U-trap under the
cabinet, which is easily accessed as explained in the previous paragraph.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The built-in electrical installation is composed of control and safety devices lodged in the cabinet.
The relevant wiring diagrams and part lists are contained in a sealed plastic envelope together with
the present booklet. Keep such documents with the booklet.The cabinet does not generate any harm-
ful vibration.
WE HEREBY DECLARE THAT THE EQUIPMENT COMPLIES WITH ITALIAN DECREE LAW DATED
25/Jan/1992 N° 108 THAT IMPLEMENTS EEC DIRECTIVE 89/109 CONCERNING MATERIALS AND
OBJECTS FIT FOR CONTACT WITH FOODSTUFFS.
Jobs on the thermostat are reserved for the technical after-sales service.
