The rapid charging device charges
MAFELL interchangeable batteries
with 36 V. This appliance may only
be used as intended and specified.
Any other use than described above is not
permissible. The manufacturer cannot be held liable
for any damage arising from such other use.
In order to use the appliance as intended, you must
comply with the operating, maintenance and repair
instructions specified by MAFELL.
This appliance is also not suitable for use outdoors, in
rain and wet conditions or in explosive rooms.
Corrective maintenance work must be carried out by
MAFELL authorised dealers or MAFELL customer
service stations.
The safety instructions applicable in the respective
country of use as well as other generally recognised
rules pertaining to safety and occupational health
must be observed.
Unauthorized changes to the appliance shall rule out
any manufacturer liability for damages resulting
thereof.

- Prior to every use, check the appliance, the cable
and the plug. If any damages are detected, the
appliance may no longer be used. Have the repair
only carried out by an expert. Never open the
appliance yourself.
- The appliance may not be damp and may not be
operated in a humid environment. Always store the
appliance in a dry and frost-proof place.
- Do not throw used interchangeable batteries into a
fire and do not dispose of them as domestic waste.
MAFELL offers an environmentally sound used
interchangeable battery disposal, please ask your
specialist dealer.
- Do not keep interchangeable batteries together
with metallic objects, as this will pose a risk of
short-circuits.
- Do not charge any third-party rechargeable
batteries. The appliance is only suitable for
charging MAFELL lithium ion rechargeable
batteries with voltages between 18 V and 36 V.
- Mains voltage is applied to the battery terminals of
the charger. Do not reach into the appliance with
current-conducting objects.
- Do not charge any damaged interchangeable
battery, but replace it immediately.
- No metallic parts may get into the interchangeable
battery slide-in duct of the charger as this will pose
a risk of short-circuits.
- The rechargeable battery must be correctly
inserted into the charging duct / adapter, must
make contact and may not be hampered by foreign
objects.
- Due to the charger heating up during the charging
process, it may not be operated on a highly
combustible surface (e.g. paper, fabrics, etc.) or in
a combustible environment.
