B5. Doppelrolle
/ Pulley Assembly / Roulette double / Polea doble

Nun wird die Doppelrollenvorrichtung (S) mit den vormontierten Zugbändern auf die Tankeinheit (R) montiert. Nehmen
Sie hierzu eine Unterlegscheibe aus Metall (H) und eine aus Plastik (G). Als erstes wird die Unterlegscheibe aus Metall
(H) auf die Nabe gesteckt. Danach die aus Kunststoff (G). Nun stecken Sie die Doppelrollenvorrichtung (S) auf die Nabe.
Anschließend stecken Sie die zweite Unterlegscheibe aus Plastik (G) und danach die aus Metall (H) auf die Nabe und
fixieren das Ganze mit der selbstsichernden M8 Hut-Mutter (I). Damit Sie die Hut-Mutter anziehen können, müssen Sie
das Stellrad festhalten.
Am linken und rechten äußersten Loch der Doppelrollenvorrichtung (S) werden nun die Haken der Gummiseile (F)
eingehängt.

Now that you have adjusted the tank disk to the maximum setting you are ready to attach the pulley assembly, but before
doing so place (H) washer then (G) washer on to the centre column of the tank as shown, then attach the pulley assembly
(S), followed by a further washer (G) and then a further washer (H) and finally the locking (I) bolt.
Please note whilst tightening the (I) bolt you need to hold the tank disk at the same time to lock the bolt into place.
Now attached the plastic hooks to the last holes on the left and right of the pulley assembly frame, as shown
in the illustration.

Montez maintenant le dispositif à roulettes doubles (S) avec les bandes de traction prémontées sur le réservoir (R).
Prenez pour cela une rondelle en métal (H) et une en plastique (G). Placez tout d'abord la rondelle en métal (H) sur
le moyeu. Puis celle en plastique (G). Enfoncez maintenant le dispositif à roulettes doubles (S) sur le moyeu.
Placez ensuite la seconde rondelle en plastique (G) puis celle en métal (H) sur le moyeu et bloquez l'ensemble avec
l'écrou borgne M8 (I) autobloquant. Pour pouvoir serrer l'écrou borgne, maintenez la molette de réglage.
Accrochez maintenant les crochets du câble en caoutchouc (F) sur le trou extérieur gauche et droit du dispositif
à roulettes doubles (S).

Ahora se instala el mecanismo de poleas (S) al ya armado sistema del estanque (R). Tome un anillo metálico (H) y uno
plastico (G).
Primero se sitúa el anillo metálico (H) a travéz de la barra de acero que atraviesa el estanque. Luego el de plástico (G).
Posteriormente se instala el mecanismo de poleas (S) sobre la barra.
A continuación sitúe el segundo anillo de plástico (G) y el de metal (H) a travéz de la barra y fije todo con una tuerca ciega
autobloqueable M8 (I). Para atornillar la tuerca, debe sostener el disco de regulación de la fuerza del estanque.
En los extremos del sistema de poleas (S), deben instalarse los garfios de los elásticos (F). Como se muestra en la figura.
