Die WaterRower GmbH gibt 2 Jahre Gewährleistung auf das Produkt. Als Gewährleistung kann der Kunde zunächst nur
Nachbesserungen verlangen. Macht der Kunde von diesem Recht Gebrauch,
ist die WaterRower GmbH berechtigt, den Mangel durch Nachbesserung und/oder Ersatzteillieferung zu beseitigen.
Der Kunde muss bei der Schadensmeldung die Seriennummer des Gerätes mitteilen. Nach Erhalt des Ersatzteiles muss
das defekte Teil an die Firma WaterRower GmbH zurückgesandt werden. Ansonsten wird das Garantieteil in Rechnung
gestellt. Bei Fehlschlagen der Nachbesserung oder Ersatzteillieferung ist der Kunde berechtigt,
Minderung des Preises zu verlangen.
Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich nicht auf solche Schäden, die ausschließlich der Kunde zu vertreten hat, wie zum
Beispiel Schäden, die ausschließlich beim Kunden durch natürliche Abnutzung, Feuchtigkeit, starke Erwärmung der
Räume, sonstige Temperatur- und Witterungseinflüsse oder unsachgemäße Behandlung der Ware entstanden sind.
Gewährleistungsansprüche wegen offensichtlicher Mängel erlöschen, wenn der Kunde nicht
binnen 2 Wochen die Mängel bei der WaterRower GmbH meldet.

WaterWorkx will replace or repair at its factory or nominated service centre any WaterWorkx or WaterWorkx component found
to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of initial shipment by WaterWorkx.
This warranty will be invalid if in the opinion of WaterWorkx the claim has been caused by: (a) accident, abuse, misuse,
misapplication or as a result of any modification other than by WaterWorkx; (b) deterioration due to normal wear and tear (c)
improper preventive maintenance steps as described in the WaterWorkx manual. Return of the WaterWorkx or WaterWorkx
component to the WaterWorkx factory or nominated service centre will be the responsibility of the claimant.
The WaterWorkx or component should be packed to protect it from damage, WaterWorkx will not be responsible for any
damage which may occur during shipment. Postage should be prepaid and the package should contain the claimant's name,
address and telephone number, a description of the problem and proof of purchase.
WaterWorkx will return the WaterWorkx or WaterWorkx component to the claimant at its (WaterWorkx) expense except in the
case where the warranty has been deemed invalid. In the event that the warranty is found to have been invalidated, then the
costs of such investigation, repair and any associated shipping costs shall be borne by the claimant.
This warranty is not transferable. Should ownership of the WaterWorkx be transferred then the warranty may be transferred
at additional cost. WaterWorkx warrants against any defective WaterWorkx spare part received from WaterWorkx or any
authorized dealer for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS after the date of shipment.
WaterWorkx shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental indirect or special damages under this warranty, or any
implied warranty. The warranty described in this paragraph shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied,
including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The term of this warranty does not affect or prejudice the statutory rights of a consumer, neither does it limit or exclude any
liability for death or personal injury caused by WaterWorkx negligence.

La société WaterRower GmbH accorde une garantie de 2 ans sur le produit. Au titre de la garantie, le client ne peut dans un
premier réclamer que des corrections. Si le client fait valoir ce droit, WaterRower GmbH est en droit d'éliminer le défaut en le
corrigeant et/ou en livrant des pièces de rechange.
Le client doit communiquer le numéro de série de l'appareil lors du signalement de défaut. Après réception de la pièce de
rechange, la pièce défectueuse doit être renvoyée à la société WaterRower GmbH. Dans le cas contraire, la pièce sous garantie
sera facturée. Si la correction ou la livraison d'une pièce de rechange ne règle pas le problème, le client est en droit d'exiger
une réduction du prix.
La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages qui sont exclusivement imputables au client comme les dommages dus à l'usure
naturelle, à l'humidité, à un chauffage excessif des locaux, à d'autres effets de la température et des intempéries ou à une
utilisation incorrecte de la marchandise, survenus exclusivement chez le client.
Les demandes de garantie pour défauts évidents sont prescrites si le client ne signale pas les défauts à WaterRower GmbH
dans les deux semaines.

Este producto de la empresa WaterRower tiene 2 años de garantía. Dentro de la garantía, el cliente puede solicitar por
repartaciones del producto. Si el cliente hace uso de la garantía, WaterRower está autzorizado para reparar o cambiar las
piezas defectuosas.
Para informar los daños en el producto, el cliente debe entregar el código del producto. Luego de obtener la pieza nueva,
la pieza defectuosa debe ser devuelta a la firma WaterRower. De otro modo la pieza de repuesto será cobrada.
Si la reparación o cambio de la pieza defectuosa llegara a fallar, el cliente tiene el derecho de solicitar la reducción del
precio.La garantía no cubre los daños del aparato ocasionados por un uso indebido, humedad, temperaturas muy elevadas
en la habitación, otras temperaturas, influencias atmosféricas y abusos de los materiales.
Los reclamos de garantía por defectos manifestados caducará dentro de 2 semanas, si el cliente no ha reportado los
defectos a la firma WaterRower.
