SWX EX ha sido desarrollado específicamente para calentar el aire en entornos con peligro de explosión ocasional (Zona 1 y Zona 2). El calentador con ventilador se ofrece en dos tamaños: SWX EX12 y SWX EX22. Utiliza agua caliente como medio de transmisión de energía. -

SWX EX12, SWX EX22 Instalación del soporte de pared 1. Retire los ocho tornillos indicados por las flechas en la imagen 1. 2. Instale los soportes con los orificios de fijación del cable hacia el cable de conexión del motor del ventilador, tal y como se muestra en la imagen 2. - Página 4 6. Conecte el tubo de suministro de agua al tubo inferior en el calefactor y conecte el tubo de salida al tubo superior, tal y como se muestra mediante las flechas en la imagen 6. El diámetro de conexión es 22 mm en SWX EX12 y 28 mm en SWX EX22.

SWX EX12, SWX EX22 Conexión eléctrica del motor del ventilador 1. El trabajo de instalación completo debe ser realizado por un electricista cualificado. 2. El calefactor con ventilador se ha fabricado para alimentación de 400 VCA, trifásica. 3. La conexión eléctrica con la red eléctrica requiere cableado fijo. En la instalación fija, debe instalarse un disyuntor multipolar con un intervalo de contacto mínimo de 3 mm, mediante el uso de componentes con certificación Ex en el área de riesgo. -

SWX EX12, SWX EX22 Limpieza/mantenimiento 1. Desconecte el suministro de alimentación del motor del ventilador y siga cualquier normativa aplicable en relación con el trabajo en entornos con gas explosivo. 2. El calefactor con ventilador incorpora una placa de inspección/limpieza de liberación rápida y una contratuerca y arandela de seguridad (flecha) para conexión equipotencial, consulte la imagen 13. -
