1. Connect valves with 1/2" pipe.
2. Drain water supply pipes completely.
3. Connect hot and cold water supply lines.
4. Finish the wall.
5. Remove plaster guard and clean the tile.
NOTE: Do not remove plaster guard until tile
work is complete.
6. Place the coverplate over the
valve.
7. Install the coverplate gasket and
tighten the nut.
8. Push the escutcheon into the
coverplate.
NOTE: Apply water on the
O-ring if the escutcheon is not
going in firmly.
9. The distance between the top
of the stem and the escutcheon
must be 1-38" (35 mm). Adjust
this distance using the stem
adjuster.
CAUTION: Failure to have less
than 35 mm gap will cause
malfunction.
10. Make sure that the concave
groove on stem is in the upward
position being in line with
convex groove on control knob.
11. Install the control knob by using
screw and place the cap.
