Problem
No station is found.
The alarm does not
work.
DLNA streaming
does not work.
The screen is frozen.
Other Problems
Possible cause and solution approach
Check the network connection, access point and
firewall.
The transmitter may be currently unavailable. Try
again later or select a different station.
The link to the station has changed or the station
is no longer available-ask the provider for more
information.
The link from a manually added station is not
correct. Make sure it is correct and try again.
Activate the alarm.
See the notes for "No sound" problem.
The alarm source is "Internet Radio" but there is
no network connection. Change the alarm source
or establish a network connection.
Make sure that the Internet radio and your PC/
mobile device are on the same network. Check
the quality of the network connection.
Make sure that the settings on your device are
correct.
The radio is overloaded, restart the device.
Malfunction may occur in areas with strong
electromagnetic radiation. Once this is corrected,
the unit will work properly again.
If the unit has been used continuously for a long
period of time, malfunctions may occur due
to the large amount of data. Restart the unit if
necessary.
