PROGRAMMATION
Ci (0,25 m à 6m)
Il s'agit, en conditions de travail, de la distance parcourue par le matériel
pour un tour d'arbre (1 tour d'arbre = 1 tour de roue = 1 impulsion).
Pour trouver cette distance, mesurer avec précision la distance parcourue
après 10 tours de roue. Par exemple, si celle-ci est de 19,6m le coefficient Ci
sera donc de 19,6 : 10 = 1,96m.
L'affichage étant sur une fonction, on appuie une seconde sur la touche
PROG, et Ci apparaît. En appuyant de façon continue ou par à-coups sur les
touche + ou -, on arrivera plus ou moins à notre valeur de Ci 1,96m. Pour
revenir en affichage de fonctions, il suffit d'attendre quelques secondes, ou
d'appuyer brièvement sur la touche RAZ.
LA (de 0,5 m à 36 m) : Largeur de travail
L'affichage étant sur S ou ST uniquement, on appuie 1 seconde sur
PROG, Ci apparaît et en appuyant de nouveau sur PROG, on a la largeur de
travail LA qui s'affiche. Comme pour la circonférence (voir ci-dessus), on va
l'ajuster avec + ou -. Pour revenir en affichage de fonctions, il suffit d'attendre
quelques secondes, ou d'appuyer brièvement sur la touche RAZ.
ENTRETIEN
Le boîtier contient 1 pile alcaline usuelle 9 V. (type 4022, 6LR 61..) →
autonomie 1500 heures environ d'utilisation. Lorsque la tension a beaucoup
baissée et qu'il faut envisager le remplacement de la pile, l'affichage
indiquera par intermittence « PILE »: Il y a encore quelques dizaines d'heures
de marche possible mais il faut y penser.
Procédure :
S'assurer que l'affichage est éteint, et enlever le boîtier du matériel. Poser
celui-ci sur la face avant, dévisser les 4 vis et enlever le fond. Repérer bien
son sens de fixation (mousse) ainsi que celui de la pile (tête en bas). Les
comptages
et
toutes
programmations
changement de pile en moins de 99 secondes.
Si plus : le compteur est simplement ré-initialisé, tel que reçu chez vous
le premier jour à reprogrammer. Déclipser délicatement (attention aux fils)
la pile du connecteur, bien clipser la neuve et la placer dans son logement.
Le fond (mousse sur la pile), bien positionné sur le joint de façade, sera refixé
par les 4 vis, à fond, sans forcer.

Ci (0,25 m bis 6 m)
unter Arbeitsverhältnissen handelt es sich um die durch die Maschine
gefahrene Strecke bei einer Wellenumdrehung (1 Wellenumdrehung = 1
Radumdrehung = 1 Impuls).
Um diese Strecke zu finden, ist die nach 10 Radumdrehungen gefahrene
Strecke genau zu messen. Beträgt diese z.B. 19,6 m, so wird der Ci-
Koeffizient 19,6 : 10 = 1,96 m sein.
Indem die Anzeige auf einer Funktion steht, drückt man eine Sekunde auf die
Taste PROG und dann erscheint Ci. Drückt man ständig oder ungleichmäßig
die Tasten + oder -, erreicht man mehr oder weniger unseren Ci-Wert 1,96 m.
Zum Rückkehr auf Funktionsanzeige warten Sie nur ein paar Sekunden oder
drücken Sie kurz die Taste RAZ.
LA (von 0,5m bis 36m) : Arbeitsbreite.
Indem die Anzeige sich nur auf S oder St befindet, drückt man eine
Sekunde auf die Taste PROG und dann erscheint Ci. Wird PROG noch
einmal gedrückt, bekommt man die Arbeitsbreite LA, die angezogen wird.
Wie bei dem Umfang (siehe hier oben) wird die Arbeitsbreite durch + und –
eingestellt. Zum Rückkehr auf Funktionsanzeige warten Sie nur ein paar
Sekunden oder drücken Sie kurz die Taste RAZ.
WARTUNG
Der Kasten besteht aus 1 üblichen Alkalizelle 9 V (Typ 4022, 6LR 61...)
Betriebsdauer ca. 1500 Stunden. Wenn die Spannung stark gesunken ist, ist
die Zelle in Kürze zu ersetzen. In Abständen wird "ZELLE" angezeigt. Sie
verfügen noch über etwa zehn Betriebsstunden aber Sie müssen daran
denken.
Verfahren :
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Anzeige ausgeschaltet ist. Dann nehmen Sie
den Kasten ab. Stellen Sie den Kasten auf die Stirnseite. Schrauben Sie die
4 Schrauben auf und nehmen Sie den Boden ab. Achten Sie auf den
Befestigungssinn (Schaum) sowie denjenigen der Zelle (Kopf nach unten).
Die Zählungen und alle Programmierungen werden bei dem Zellenersatz
in weniger als 99 Sekunden gespeichert.
Wenn mehr : der Zähler wird wieder initialisiert, wie er am ersten Tag bei
Ihnen geliefert wurde neue Programmierung. Die Splinte der Zelle aus
dem Stecker sorgfältig lösen (Drähte ! Achtung!). Die Splinte der neuen Zelle
richtig montieren und diese in ihr Gehäuse einstecken. Nachdem der Boden
(Schaum auf der Zelle) auf die Frontdichtung richtig montiert wird, ist er mit
den 4 Schrauben ohne Gewalt festanzuziehen.

This represents, in working conditions, the distance covered by the
machine corresponding to a hex shaft turn (1 hex shaft turn = 1 wheel turn =
1 pulse).
To obtain this distance, measure with precision the distance covered after 10
wheel turns.
For example, if this distance is equal to 19,6 m, the coefficient Ci will then be
19,6 : 10 = 1,96 m.
As the display is on a function, press one second on the key PROG, and Ci
appears. Pressing constantly or tapping on the keys + or -, the approximate
value of Ci, i.e. 1,96m, will be indicated. To return to functions, simply wait for
a few seconds or to press briefly on the key RAZ.
LA (from 0,5 to 36 m) : working width.
As only S or St are indicated, press one second on the key PROG. Ci
appears. Press once again on PROG, the working width LA is indicated. This
can be adjusted with + and -, as for the circumference (see above). To
return to function display, simply wait a few seconds or press briefly on the
key RAZ.
MAINTENANCE
The unit runs on a standard alkaline battery of 9 V (type 4022, 6LR 61) with
an approximate autonomy of 1500 hours. In the event of an important drop in
voltage, the battery should be replaced and "PILE" appears sporadically :
there are about 10 working hours left.... do not forget.
Procedure
Be sure that the display is switched off and remove the unit from the
machine. Identify the fixing direction of the unit (foam padding) and of the
battery (head first). Every counting and programming operation is
safeguarded while changing the batteries in less than 99 seconds.
If it lasts more than 99 seconds : the counter comes back to the starting
point just as when purchased ... you must re-programme. Take off the
lynch pins of the battery delicately (careful with the wiring !) from the
connector, fit the new battery into its place. The bottom part (foam padding on
the battery), which has to be correctly positioned on the front seal, has to be
fixed again securely by the 4 screws without forcing.

Ci (0,25 a 6 m)
Se trata de, en condiciones de trabajo, calcular la distancia recorrida por la
máquina en una vuelta de eje (1 vuelta de eje = 1vuelta de rueda = 1
impulsión).
Para encontrar esta distancia, medir con precisión la distancia recorrida en
10 vueltas de rueda. Por ejemplo , si esta distancia es de 19,60 m el
coeficiente Ci será pues de 19,6 : 10 = 1,96 m.
Expuesta una función, se apoya un segundo sobre la tecla PROG, aparece
Ci. Apoyando de una manera continuada o a golpes sobre la tecla + o –, se
llegará a nuestro valor de Ci del ejemplo, es decir, 1,96 m. Para volver a
exponer las funciones, hay que esperar algunos segundos o apoyar
brevemente la tecla RAZ.
LA (de 0,5 a 36 m) : anchura de trabajo.
Exponiendo S o St, se apoya un segundo sobre PROG y aparece Ci, y
apoyando nuevamente en PROG tenemos la anchura de trabajo LA que
aparece. Como por la circunferencia de la rueda (ver anterior) vamos a
ajustarla con + o -. Para volver a exponer las funciones, esperar unos
segundos o apoyar brevemente sobre RAZ.
MANTENIMIENTO
La Caja contiene una pila alcalina standard de 9 V (tipo 4022, 6LR 61) con
autonomía de 1.500 horas aproximadas de uso. Cuando baje mucho la
tensión hay que prever su recambio. Aparece entonces en la pantalla "PILE"
intermitentemente. Entonces su autonomía será todavía de algunas decenas
de horas pero no descuidarse y cambiar la pila.
Como se procede
apagada la tensión, sacar la Caja de la Sembradora, colocarla sobre cara
trasera, desatornillar los 4 tornillitos y extraer el fondo. Referenciar bien el
sentido de fijación (goma) y el sentido de la pila (cabeza hacia abajo). La
memoria de todas las programaciones se conservará si se cambia la
pila como máximo en 99 segundos.
Si se tarda más de 99 segundos, el contador vuelve al origen como
cuando se compró el primer día. Hay que volver a programar. Quitar los
clips de la pila delicadamente (cuidado con los hilos) del conector, encajar
bien la nueva pila y colocarla en su sitio. El fondo (goma) bien colocado
sobre la junta de fachada, será reatornillado con los 4 tornillitos a fondo pero
sin forzar.
