10. What if there are problems?
Problem
No sound can
be heard from
the hearing
amplifier.
Possible causes
Hearing amplifier is not
switched on.
Battery not inserted
correctly.
Battery is empty.
Microphone is dirty.
Hearing amplifier is
damaged.
Solution
Open and close the battery
compartment again.
Open the battery compartment
and check whether the battery
has been inserted correctly.
Check that the polarity is
correct here. Then close the
battery compartment again.
Insert a new battery of the
PR70/A10 type.
Clean the microphone opening
carefully with the cleaning
brush.
