11.1 Blind rivet is not set

Cause
Jaws (E) dirty
Jaws (E) worn
Insufficient working pressure
Tool stroke too low

11.2 Spent mandrel is not evacuated

Cause
Spent mandrel container (I) full
Wrong nosepiece (A) used
Nosepiece (A) worn
Spent mandrel jammed in jaws (E)

Clean and oil sliding surfaces (Point 9.1)
