montAge - Assembling the fan
1. F it the rear of the fan housing (with the grip) onto the motor-housing shaft, making sure that the
openings are aligned precisely with the lugs on the motor housing and that the grip is at the top. Attach
the rear of the fan housing with the four screws
2. Slide the fan blades onto the shaft, with the locking screw exactly above the slot in the shaft.
3. U se a crosshead screwdriver to tighten the fan blades' locking screw. Verify that the fan blades are
correctly fitted to the shaft.
4. Hang the hook on the front half of the fan housing on the rear half of the fan housing.
5. F it the attachment bolt through the hole at the bottom of the front half and rear half of the fan housing;
tighten the bolt.
6. Close the locking clamps over the rim of both halves of the fan housing.
7. Remove the attachment bolt and knob.
8. L oosen the knob for the tilt adjustment and the tilt-adjustment locking screw sufficiently to allow the
bracket to fit onto the stand.
9. Fit the attachment bolt through the motor support and the stand, and tighten the knob.
10. Fit the locking screw into the recess in the stand.
11. Fit the tilt-adjustment knob. The knob will fit into the deep recess in the stand.
