After cleaning, we recommend that you return each treatment unit to
the stand/charging cradle.

If you do not plan to use the device for a long time, store the different parts
in the original packaging in a clean, dry place to prevent the accumulation
of dust.

Make sure the stand/charging cradle is disconnected from the electricity
supply.

through the retailer where you bought the device, or you can order directly from

10. Troubleshooting

Only authorized personnel are permitted to perform repairs. Do not attempt to
modify, open or repair the device. You may expose yourself to dangerous electrical
components and may cause serious harm to yourself. It will also void the warranty.
Problem
My device does not start.
I can't feel the electrical
stimulation or the EMS
level seems too low.
I can't change the EMS
level.
The indicator lights are
on all the time.

Checks
Make sure that:

the treatment unit is charged.
y
you have pressed the control button to turn it on.
y
the operating light is constant green.
Check that:
y
the electrode pad is wet.
y
the treatment unit is in good contact with the skin
and
y
the belt is fixed securely to your body.
Check that the treatment unit is charged.
There is a system error.
