Adjustment of Bezel Angle
The bevel milling machine is factory adjusted to a bezel angle of 45°.
In order to adjust your required bevel angle, detach the 4 fastening screws (30) left and right inside the
semi-circular countersink of the housing. So the table can be progressively slewed within a range of
15° to 60°.
The marks on the housing side have to match with the white mark on the table.
After adjustment it is imperative to tighten the fastening screws again.
By means of the slewing the land width will alter slightly.

Working with the Bevel Milling Machine
Before switching on the machine, please take notice of the different handling modes depending on the
location where you like to place the bevel:
If you like to start up on the edge of the work piece, fix the machine in a collateral manner so
the indexable inserts do not touch the work piece (1/3 of the table length appr.).
Now switch on the machine and guide the mill slowly and constantly in the material, following the
arrow direction.
If you like to dive into the material, fix the machine with the contact rail in a manner so the
indexable inserts do not touch the work piece.
Now switch on the machine and guide the mill slowly and constantly in the material until the table / the
contact rail fits over its total length. Now mill the required area in working direction.
The machine is equipped with a motor protection switch with thermal overload protection avoiding
overstressing.
