IMPORTANT: We advise to fit a bell on the bicycle. It is necessary that the others no-
tice you from any riding change from your side.
-It is under the law to fit a front White light and a rear Red Light . The pedals should be provided
with reflectors for your security and protection.
-The lights must be set at the right position.
-The lights must be cleaned at any time using the bicycle.
-The lights must be kept well clean when riding.
-The lights should be changed if they show any fault.
-Reduce the speed when it is getting dark. There are danger situations which are difficult to be
noticed in a poor visibility.
-If it is possible, ride on ways and places well known from you.
-Use whenever it can be possible ways well illuminated.
-It is advisable to wear bright/reflector clothing while riding at night.

8. Guarantee
Guarantee is being established through the vendor / distributor in accordance to the Directive
normative 1999/44 AC.
- Guarantee for the frame and fork, except in cases that the problem is being originated for bad
use of the owner. The M5 model is made towards the profesional riders who know and
understand how to ride a high competitive model, not being up for the beginners. A frame shown
indications of strong hits are not to be accepted in guarantee.
- Enter in guarantee the items which can be originated for a faulty manufacturing
- Any modification to the frames, forks or to any other componentes of the bicycle is to mean,
automatically, the exclusion of any claim for guarantee since the product is not to be according to
the Monty specifications.
-The manipulation of the items of the vehicle from the side of the user is to exempt to Monty of
any responsability
